To be fair though I know people of many nationalities that have the same problem.
In nearby WA they didn't know where Vancouver was.
Don't even get me started on the US/AV call centers.
(Search YVR YYZ. No, limit your airline to AC as I don't want to go through PHX. Now look for YYZ ADD...)
