We are on our way back from our honeymoon on a BA 2-4-1 ticket. We should be flying back from Miami on BA0208 tonight at 20.45.

We were due into Miami today from Georgetown Exuma on American Eagle flight which was due to land at 13:50 this was cancelled and AE put us on the next flights available which was Bahamas air to Nassau and now we are waiting to fly to Miami which should get in a 19.55.

We have already cleared US customs in Nassau but have next to no chance of getting our BA flight. The AE flight and the BA flight were booked under different booking references.

We have spoken to BA America customer services but as its an redemption flight said I needed to speak to the Exec which I have did but as its the same day couldn't help. What chance have we got if we miss the flight of them putting us on another flight as the problem is down to AE?
