Look at the seat map on the flgiht you want. If it's 3 abreast and 8 deep it is lie flat with AVOD. If it's 6 abreast, move on to something different!
And keep checking after you book! We had both YVR-HNL and HNL-YVR change to Pineapples last week. Those seats are awful.
