never thought of a rice crispie coating. Do you, blitz it down to a finer consistency? And frying in what?

Yup, the crispies get blitzed and a few herbs/spices depending on the meat. I think tonight it's just crispies. Often with chicken we add a little Parmersan (crumb the cheese and then blitz with the crispies). Will be fried in a little sunflower oil).
