Flew 9 sectors on the 380 and hated the service on all the sectors. Flew to Rome 2 weeks ago and no gates! Had to climb up to the business cabin. I don't blame the crew because too many business seats. I flew the bkk sector last month and again horrible service. I try my best to avoid the 380. On the other hand just tried the new CX business seat and beats the EK seat hands down. I would take the CX seat any day. The CX service was top notch! Out of 10 I would give EK 6 and CX 10. Next year CX is going to get my business for sure. I'd like to add one more point CX really know how to take care of their top customers. Hopefully I can make their diamond tier next year.
