I think it's for the right direction but executed extremely poorly, the IT people obviously didn't work well with marketing/digital marketing and some of the very basic functionality are a total mess now.

- two steps to log in. What kind of user interface 'expert' recommended this?
- great visual improvement resulted in significantly slow overall site speed, a major functionality downgrade.
- cannot open itinerary giving me java code error.
- confusing, cluttered, multiple steps 'my delta'.
- way too many upsell for cars, hotels, skyclubs all on one page made my head spinning.
- sky priority still a 404 page then a re-direct, fix it now!
