IDB

Wouldn't it make more sense for Southwest to boot the COS than the non-COS in an oversell situation if the COS didn't purchase two seats?

If the COS didn't purchase two seats, I wouldn't think WN would have to give them any compensation for not being able to accomodate them on the ticketed flight.

For a non-COS, if they were denied boarding, wouldn't WN have to provide them IDB compensation? Not to mention the ill-goodwill that will result from it.
