You probably won't find any places in the 5% categories you have that will let you purchase with a credit card. Without the bonus, this is a very labor intensive game with a low payback. For almost everyone, they would make more money taking a part time job at the store instead of buying prepaids there.
You'd be much better off looking at signup bonuses than spend bonuses. That Ink 50k signup bonus can easily be worth $750 or more. Plenty of other bonuses available, as high as $1500+.
