The Cash Plus card definitely seems intriguing, but I think that most feel 5 UR points is worth more than 5 cents. For example, you can fly business class to Europe for 100K UR points converted to United miles, but not for $1000. Similarly, 22.5K UR pts converts to Hyatt points, and will get you 1 night in their highest category hotel, but $225 won't cover that.
