To add to the confusion, the RC in Washington (by phone) put me on hold for around 10 minutes while "researching" and then came back with an unequivocal "no."

Any chance someone (Socrates) can cut and paste just the part of the port that indicates this? I realize that there are presumably confidentiality issues, but perhaps just that specific language (or at least the specific place within the portal where a front desk person can be directed)?
