So somebody has worked on it a month or so ago. There are a few other October dates in there, so I don't think this is an old, left over page.
Interesting... It was corrected sometime between the original posting here, the screenshots and now...

Currently, the link leads to the "page not found" and the original source of the link leads to the million miler program chart. Guess we should keep our eyes and ears open
