I ate at the in n out in hurst last week for the first time. I don't think they taste the same in TX as they do in CA. That being said I wouldn't make flight plans around it either way. I lived 2.5yrs in CA and ate a lot of in n out - but my reasons were typically convenience or price, not taste.
