Note that Tesco has now taken over Tesco Entertainment (it was run by an outside firm before, hence separate website, log-in etc).
Going forward, this should not be a problem. For a start, pre-order bonus points now go on immediately when you order, as pre-orders are now charged on ordering and not dispatch.
