The TLV-BCN leg is operated by El-Al with 767-300.
The ZRH-TLV leg is operated by Swiss, with A330-300.
I wasn't aware that you can bid on a biz upgrade on a flight operated by a code-share partner.

If so, then $200 is a no-brainer for LX (Swiss) C-seat on their A333. Full-flat seat, amazing service, great food and AVOD. Note that sometimes LX does a last-minute switch to a A321, which is Euro-business (economy seat with an extra inch or two of seat pitch). If that happens, I'd save the $200...
