My latest transfers, done in 2 separate transactions took 24 hours for BA and 48 hours for Avios.com.
In the past when I converted £6.50 to BAEC and £6.50 to Avios.com in the same transaction, the Avios.com took a lot longer (a week to 2 weeks) for some reason.
