After 3 attempts at getting my missing Tesco Entertainment club card points credited (150 points on various CD orders for Xmas presents) I've given up!

Basically I ordered 10 various CD's so should have received 1500 points from Entertainment on my last statement - I only receive 450 of them so I'm missing 1050 points.

Phoned the club card line - speak to Entertainment. Phoned Entertainment, nice lady there said "Oh yes sir I can see what you mean, I'll get my supervisor to credit them to you". Half an hour later, voicemail on my phone from the supervisor "I've taken a look at your account and can see you were credited 450 points. If you think you were due more please contact us again". So this time I emailed them as I was able to list the transactions/order dates and hopefully make it clearer. Auto e-mail back saying that they're too busy to reply by e-mail at the moment and to please call them on a dedicated number. Called the dedicater number, spoke to a guy who said "I think you've been credited the right amount but I'll get my supervisor to check". Ahhhh! Starting to give up hope on ever seeing them.

On another note, does anyone know roughly how long it takes Tesco club card points to transfer to Avios.com? I redeemed some vouchers to BAEC which credited within 24 hours, I've been waiting about a week now for Avios.com and still no sign.
