Just about what I was about to say. I'm in Orange County, and the only time I seem to hit up In N Out is when family and friends from the East come to visit. The lone exception was in San Francisco this summer. I did eat there a couple of times voluntarily because everything else was so crowded. Never again will I do the Bay Area in the summer.
