They might waive it for old members but I doubt it. They must send a new terms and condition stating that there will be an annual fee if that's the case. This goes for any other terms that they change.
I get too much junk (snail) mail, so I miss stuff that I'm not expecting. If I got a letter from CapitalONE, I'd likely assume it's a promotion or pre-approved card, and toss it in the shredder. Is there a way I can see all notices or changes to T&C from logging online? Would this info be in the "new messages" folder?
