Flew on Emirates A380 Business Class from Bangkok to Dubai and my conclusion is that the overall product from hardware to service delivery is a huge disappointment.

Not only is the seat narrow, I find the mini-bar to be equally useless feature. I only wish if EK adopted the CX style seating to provide more space and storage for its business class product.

The service delivery is also miles behind that of CX and SQ. When I requested for Earl Grey Tea, it never came. The whole service was patchy right from the start.

Whilst I prefer EK over TG on this sector, this is all the advantage EK has. Next time, I might even back track to HKG to go to Middle East on CX or via SIN on SQ.
