You should check the fare rules, but typically:

- "Business Special" is a nonrefundable business class ticket.
- "Instant upgrade" is officially an economy-class ticket but comes with an automatic bump to J or F. In cases of irregular operations (cancellations, etc) you might be subject to a downgrade without full compensation (see Xero's post below).
