I went back to My Trips and tried again. The second time the correct itin came up.

I could have just cancelled his trip, I guess, but I was nice and didn't--even if he was just an FO.
I haven't been able to see any itineraries in over an hour. I have been buying tickets and never got to see how many routine changes were made on Saturday to existing itineraries.
