With regards to Jet's 737s, IF cmb has a international config 737s, then I would go for row 2.

The seats are comfortable 2x2 recliners upholstered in Blue Leather with AVOD that swings out of the armrest. Perfectly adequate for a 2h30m type hops and yes, they are 58 inches pitch.

I see you have a couple of hours in BOM which will be more than adequate for the connection but my personal suggestion would be too try and get to BOM a few hours earlier, head to the ITC Maratha for a drink and dinner at the Peshawri restaurant. Arriving at the international terminal 75 minutes before the flight is more than adequate.
