Accor has a '50% off sale' covering these dates on now (if you are a LeClub Accorhotels member, free to join). Book between 19-22 November if you are general public.

This hotels has just reopened after a big refurb to upgrade it to Pullman standards (was a Novotel) so if the price is OK its worth a look.
