You would want to find a non-hub airport that gets minimal service. For example, United flies the same plane back and forth between Houston and Kansas City all day. It lands, then it takes off again.
Well, not always. Sometimes it continues on to ORD and a new plane flies the reverse route. But you get the idea. If you find the right route, some planes just fly back and forth.
