My wife was impacted by Hurricane Sandy and stick in Israel for an additional 7 days. The travel insurance company (Travelex) wants PROOF of the flight cancellation. How do I get this - no one at USAIR seems to be knowledgeable on how to make this request. Is there someplace else I can get proof of a flight cancellation.
