All the A320s and in the A7-AD* series have the older Business Class seat (which I think is more comfortable) and no in seat IFE. The newer aircraft the A7-AH* series have the new seats (better controls, better table, better storage but IMHO less comfortable) as well as in-seat IFE in both business and economy.

The A321s A7-ADS, A7-ADT, A7-AIA, A7-AIB, A7-AIC, A7-AID have the newer seats as well as in-seat IFE.

The A321s A7-ADV, A7-ADW, A7-ADX, A7-ADY, A7-ADZ have no in-seat IFE. The A321 A7-ADK is all Y-class with no in-seat IFE.

The A319s A7-CJA and A7-CJB have in-seat IFE in all classes as well as Recaro Lie-flat seats in Business Class (similar to the A330 J-Class seating).
