I booked a July 2012 flight from RDU to STL in early 2012, then caught a substantially lower price in March, so I changed the flight to take advantage, and did so for seven other people in my group. We're taking another trip in June 2013, and I thought I would be able to use that credit for this trip, but I called Southwest this week and was told that the credit was only good for a year from the time it was issued, so travel would have to be completed by March 2013. It's a $75 credit per person, and I would hate to lose it! Any advice?
