Hi all, I've had this card since February when it first came out (1% back on everything with 50% cash bonus given on card anniversary date, no annual fee).

I recently noticed the Cap One credit card site states that this card has a $39 annual fee. There is a Visa equivalent with no annual fee. I called Cap One and they said that my card still has no annual fee. Anyone receive a change in terms and conditions notice that I might have missed ? I hope that I wont get hit with an annual fee when February 2013 comes around, otherwise it would defeat the purpose of the card for me.
