Please note that, on AA, C inventory is what is used for tickets upgraded from coach to business--it is not a revenue bucket. Such tickets earn according to the ticket purchased, not the cabin flown--unless you buy a coach ticket that earns 1.5 EQP per EQM, you won't earn as you suggest.
Assuming you're talking about buying revenue business class tickets rather than upgrading, any revenue business class ticket will earn 1.5 EQP per EQM, which would meet your goals. Flights to China seem to be reasonably cheap these days in business, but in general a premium cabin mileage run is a poor deal in cents-per-mile terms, even with double miles and points.

As your question really centres around mileage running, I've moved it to the Mileage Run Discussion forum.
