I too was surprised that the Hilton Arc de T has disappeared as I stayed there in June and was trying to rebook.

This effectively means Hilton has no properties downtown in Paris....I do not consider La Defense to be downtown as it is a pain in the butt during heavy traffic times to travel to and from. It is also a so-so property not really up to what Hilton standards should be.

Hilton seems to be withdrawing from so much of Europe and has weak presence in many major European cities.
