You have a fair chance getting on a flight the afternoon of Friday, November 23, being that it is in the middle of the Thanksgiving weekend. Sunday, November 25, forget it! Your chances of getting on are infinitesimal; everyone will be flying back to school, home, etc., on that day.
As for December, Fridays and Sundays are generally hard days for space available travel. That's especially true going to LAS on Fridays and from LAS on Sundays.
