Just flew RJ in Y, IST-AMM-JFK on irrops for Lufthansa due to Hurricane Sandy. My spouse is OW Sapphire/AA Plat, and there is no entitlement to exit rows as RJ's own FF program does not offer that to its elites. Per OW policy, preferred seating is available in line with operating carrier's FF policies, so RJ is in compliance.
