I stayed at the Renaissance Plantation just this week. The hotel looks old when you drive up but the interior is very chic and modern. I tried the restaurant the first night and it's fantastic.

The lounge is open until 10pm where they have an ample selection of water and sodas. I found the food selection limited as they ran out often and didn't resupply it quickly.

Outside of that complaint, I don't have any. The room I stayed at was Top Floor (Club room) near the stairs. The bed was ultra comfortable.

Service at this hotel was outstanding. Free parking helps too.

Overall, I'd recommend this place.

I paid $209 for a Club Room. The regular room rate was $200 so I didn't mind paying the extra $10 for a guaranteed club room.
