At the end of Aug, I was in a situation. that there is no cheap ticket within at least next 2 weeks. I can be smart enough book one at that time or I can naive enough to hope UA to give me a new ticket. My choice was to believe that once I filed a claim, UA would fix this mistake. That is it.
