I new I had read about the $50 or more. My question is if I used the "wrong card" can I upgrade to EC for $69 or $89 each leg and get credit for the flight with TYP's? This would be after the ticket was already bought. I'm talking about a 15,000 mile flight. Thanks I had been looking through threads for days trying to find it mentioned after I made my mistake. Just wondering if there was any way to correct my mistake short of cancelling and rebooking which the fees wouldn't make it cost effective.
