I have historically used the lounges at T5 mainly around breakfast time and can comment on the breakfast offering.

GC offers bacon or mushroom rolls and some delicatessen for breakfast.

GF on the other hand offers a full breakfast buffet similar to what you could expect in the Galleries Arrivals.
