thanks, we are heading to the St Regis in a month and while we've been to PR many times, we have yet to get to a Lechonera. I found some video of Jimmy & Mimi's: www.youtube.com/watch?v=E95cl28pHI8

From what I've gathered, THE town for lechoneras is Guavate http://www.discoveringpuertorico.com...of-the-lechon/ but the town is ~50 mins from the St Regis.
