Fully Agree ^ Accor Advantage Plus Indonesia always very helpful whenever I had problem with Le Club. I realized that the problems would need some time, let's say couple of days or sometimes weeks (presumably caused by Le Club

) but Accor Advantage Plus Indonesia team always reply me within the same day up to 2 working days

If I make a phone call to the Advantage Plus member services, they are always polite and remembering my name! That's what I called services ^^^
