On the line with AAdvantage today and as the agent was reading something related to the terms of one of the current offers, she was saying to herself as she read, "You are a V8 EXP, no, a V11EXP, no, that's right a V8 EXP." I have heard of the Eagle ratings before, but never a "V" system. Any idea on what this means? I got caugt up in the purpose of my call and forgot to ask her.
