What time would people advise that I start heading to the Park Hyatt in order to avoid rush hour? I'm thinking that I would be done at the arrivals lounge by 7am at the latest and would also be willing to skip the whole thing in order to get to the Park Hyatt and be able to drop off my bag and continue on my merry way.
I'm also open to other transportation suggestions but this seems like the easiest/lowest cost.
I've never noted the Oedo line to be _that_ crowded under normal "rush hour" circumstances, so I'd just stick with the plan and not worry about the timing.
