I reckon they SHOULD devolve this, just to show what a farce the whole gig is.

Let Wales have zero APD and watch Bristol airport go to crap.

Let Scotland do it and see Newcastle airport lose half its flights.

Am utterly fed up of forking over the best part of a grand in APD just to take the family on holiday. I don't mind paying taxes but this is getting stupid.
