Do you expect the GM to send you a written apology including some flowers?

Do you expect 10k in GPP points?

Honestly, the vast majority of Hyatt hotels in the US underperforms constantly...on the other hand in most cases, we talk about an AAA 3 Diamond rating, so one should expect professionalism according to this rating...

I would be surprised, if something like this happens at an AAA 5 Diamond property ( the only Hyatt with 5 Diamonds in the US is the Park Aviara... ) , but consider this to be quite normal at the average Hyatt in the US...

My life would be a complete waste of time, if I follow the foot steps of some other regulars here, who seem to talk to the GM during every stay...

Life goes on, do not waste your time with such issues, if you stay at hotels below the very top, where one can expect world class service ( at the respective premium in comparison to the average Hyatt )
