When Ms. Travelsig travels with me- Grand Hyatt, Four Seasons, or SGS are the three most used properties. I like the Four Seasons a lot however some people do not- and to get a really nice room you need to book Premier category which is unusual to find at less than 12K a night (keep in mind that 12K is 300 EUR which would get you a shoebox or closet at maybe a 4* if you are very lucky in other world large cities such as New York, London, Tokyo, Milan etc).
This is how I feel about hotel rooms.

To me there is a ton of properties I would see as equal to the GH that are much lower in price. Reading through the thread I know that I'm not the only one that sees this property as a bit overpriced. It seems there are buy one get one sales occasionally though, so I will wait on that.

I value Hyatt Diamond membership higher than any other program, as the Suite upgrade certs add tremendous value. But with Conrad being around 4000 and Conrad residences at 3000, it's a hard choice even with the suite upgrade.

Will keep an eye out for a sale though, as I'd prefer to stay here. That's why I'm complaining
