1. Find the flights you want.
2. Call UA MP. Indicate that your PNR already notes UA dropped the ball on
"ticketed" itinerary.
3. Give them the airline codes and flights. Tell them you know they'll need to
open inventory and that you are okay waiting 24 hours for ticketing.
4. Press forcefully that they need to book this due to their admitted error.
