If fly BA Business quite regularly when being in Europe (typically trips just over 90 min) and I am normally very satisfied with food, service, lounge, etc., in particular when I am offered a cheap upgrade to Business or am in the situation that a cheap unflexible Business ticket booked well in advance fits my purpose. Some food/drink aspects can actually be better than AF long-haul (warm bread, choice of white wines). I wonder why AF cannot offer such a product on short European routes. The current AF product is two leagues lower.
