I've been trying to call the numbers on my Chase Sapphire Preferred card but get a message "we are experiencing technical difficulties and call back later". Same thing on the United Explorer card. Is anyone else experiencing this as well?

I can't buy a ticket because Verified by Visa doesn't seem to be working on my card as of yesterday. Chase may have blocked it as I had transactions in Australia, Singapore, Thailand and India on the same day (all made by me). But I need to get through to them to unblock!

Tried secure message but they haven't been helpful and keep asking me to call the numbers that I have already tried.
