I am currently a blue member with 3 stays under my belt. I have 5 stays planned in the next 40 days and should have no problem in moving to gold using the above offer.

However, do stays in Canada count as qualifying stays. I live in Canada and 3 of the 5 planed stays are in Canada with the other 2 stays being in the USA.

I know the web site says:

But was wondering if anyone had stays outside the USA (ie Canada) count towards this offer. I plan on doing more travel in 2013 and Gold would be nice to have.

any eligible rate stays that you book directly through hilton will count.
but you cannot book through a 3rd party site like hotels.com, expedia.com, ect.
