Love it ! Best thing I have read or heard of all day. Brightened up the end of a 13-hour stint on client site and a chilly walk back to my apartment in light Moscow sleet

PS. I can't fathom the trains from Schiphol either. However whether you were upstairs or downstairs doesn't matter. If it's 3 seats across, you are in 1st. 4 seats across is 2nd I'm pleased you had the good AMS lounge guys. They're both good, but one of them (the one who doesn't have white hair) is generally excellent in what can be quite a pressurised lounge at peak times!
