Good Morning JDiver,

I have just read the whole thread and wanted to apologize for the issues. The direct number for Platinum Travel Cruise booking is 800-297-5627; M-F 9am-10pm , Sat-Sun 9am-8pm EST. Regular Platinum Travel booking is 800-443-7672; 24/7. I am not sure where the confusion of the numbers came from, but it could be possible that regular travel was called.
