Vueling only credits avios/tier points to IB Plus program and only IF you enter the IB Plus number at the time of check-in or booking so no way to obtain avios this time.

Try to enroll IB Plus program for next flight with them and you can transfer the avios to BAEC, also if the tier points are not important for you IB offers x2 Avios on bookings via iberia.com that are flown on IB metal.
